We always aim to deliver in-stock items next day, however during exceptional periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, there may be a delay of a day or so, particularly if your order is placed later in the evening. Our standard delivery service is free regardless of how much you spend and you will normally receive your order within 5-7 working days. We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Jewellery orders of £150 or less and deliveries to South West England, Scotland, Highlands & Northern Ireland may extend to 6pm. Orders with a weekend dispatch will be delivered in 2 working days. Gift Card orders placed after 3pm will be delivered to UK mainland addresses within 2 working days.

How Can I Track My Order?
Our couriers will provide you with your tracking number by email once your order has been collected from our distribution center. You can track your order using the link available in the email or by downloading the courier's app. Downloading the app will allow you to update your delivery preferences and track your parcel directly.
If you provide a mobile number during checkout, you will be sent SMS text updates as your order is making it's way to you
Is A Signature Required For Delivery?
We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery.
Will You Leave My Delivery With A Neighbour Or Somewhere Safe?
We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door or property either. To keep your order safe we'll deliver to your delivery address only and a signature will be required for orders over £100.
Do You Deliver On Bank Holidays?
Over Bank Holidays our Distribution Centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please call our customer experience team on 01642 668220 should you wish to discuss your specific order.

What Is A Special Order?
Special orders are orders that have an extended lead time. This may be due to us having to get the correct ring size or awaiting a launch date for a particular piece.
Lead time denotes the amount of time between taking your order and it's estimated date of dispatch.
Orders with extended lead times will have the lead time information displayed on the product page and in the shopping bag.
My Order Hasn't Arrived, What Now?
Even though our packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 14 days, an insurance claim cannot be made thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from The Rich Co.

Our aim is for you to purchase your jewellery on our website with complete peace of mind. That's why we extended our returns policy to 60 days from date of delivery. Should you want to return your purchase we will offer a full refund or an exchange, just follow the simple steps below to return your unused purchase.

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Please note, orders paid using PayPal or purchased via an in store devices (Kiosk or Tablet) can only be refunded once received back at our Head Office. Our showroom will happily take receipt of your items and arrange for them to be securely sent free of charge to our Head Office for processing.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please be aware that refunds for purchases made using 3rd party tender types e.g. insurance cards, may not be possible on the same day. If this is the case, our showroom or customer experience teams will advise you and keep you updated with progress.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned. When your item is a special ordered large item, we do not keep stock of this item and we will raise an order through a supplier direct to you. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted, however if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact the The Rich Co customer experience team.
Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

The first thing you need to do is to inform us that you are returning an item. This can be done at returns@therichco.uk let us know why you are returning the item and we shall send you a returns form and number to include when you return your purchase.
STEP TWO: PACKAGE ITEM(S)
Ensure that you have packaged the items securely. Include any certificates, valuations, boxes etc that may have come with your purchase.
STEP THREE: SEND IT
The final step is to send it to us. This can be done by hand or by insured delivery. We must stress that you are responsible for the package until it is signed over to us. We would advise using Royal Mail special delivery when sending returns back to us. Use the address below for returns:

RING SIZE GUIDE
The right ring size is an essential must for the most special moment. The ring needs to be tight enough not to fall off, but it also has to be loose enough to slide over your knuckle. The time of the day and also the weather affect the measurement. Because in the early morning or cold weather, fingers are smaller and when the weather is too hot, the fingers are bigger. The evening is the best time to measure your finger size while they are warm. If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one. If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both your knuckle and the base of your finger and select a size in between the two. It is always good to measure your finger a couple of times during the day. If the ring is going to be a surprise, you can ask her / his friend or family members or you can secretly borrow her/his ring and go down to a jeweller to learn the size. Please also remember that right hand and left hand are different so the finger sizes are different too.

We understand that it might be difficult to accurately select the correct ring size online, and especially if it is intended to be given as a surprise gift, you would have to guess the ring size.

Tips For Measuring Ring Size
- Temperature causes an inaccurate reading while measuring your ring size. Your fingers will be at least half a size smaller when your hand is too cold while it will be half a size bigger when it is too hot. Measure your finger in average temperatures, preferably at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
- The wider band a ring has, the tighter you will feel. So, if you wish to order a band approximately 6 mm wide or more, move up a size from the normal ring size worn. Also, the rings with large stones may cause the band to lift up when laid on its side. Keep in mind that you should order the next size up since it slightly distorts the size.
- If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, measure both your knuckle and the base of your finger and select the size in between two.
- Your ring should snug enough not to fall off and loose enough to slide over your knuckle. If you hesitate between two sizes, always go with the larger one.
- Repeat measurement 3 to 4 times to eliminate an erroneous result.
