2. Free ring re-sizing
Your finger size may change over the years. We are proud to offer a free re-sizing service up to 3 sizes up or down. It is this attention to customer satisfaction that makes us stand out from the crowd.
3. Annual Inspection
You wear your ring every day so imagine just how much it is exposed to dirt and possible damage. We offer an annual service where your ring will be inspected under a jewellers loop, cleaned and repaired if necessary. The cost? Free of course. It’s all part of The Rich Co service.
4. Hand-picked diamonds by qualified Diamond experts
The difference in diamonds is so minuscule that only a trained eye can ascertain imperfections. At The Rich Co, we hand-pick your diamonds to ensure that exquisite quality is a given. We are in no doubt that you will always love your diamond purchase, so we guarantee al of our certified stones for a 5 year period
5. Life-time diamond trade in
We spend our whole lives upgrading, from your mobile phone, to your car and even your home. So why not upgrade your engagement ring? If you fall in love with another diamond ring, we will credit the current value of the ring against your new purchase. *Please note that the new ring must be twice the value of your original ring.
6. 30-day refund or exchange
We offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy for complete peace of mind. If for whatever reason you don't like your ring, we will offer you a refund or exchange. Please note this is not available on custom made and engraved items. For more details visit our refund page
7. Free repairs on manufacturing faults
It shouldn't ever happen - but if despite all of our stringent checks should your diamond or precious stone loosen or fall out, we will repair it. Simple
8. Conflict-free Diamonds
Our supply chain is part of the Kimberly process which traces the diamond from mine to retailer. All of our diamond purchases are subject to a strict vetting process that ensures that our diamonds are only ever obtained from conflict-free zones.
